Interlandelijke frauduleuze praktijken bij adoptie: Rudie Kagie en Marcia Engel
Marcia Engel (41) uit Colombia kwam op haar tweede jaar bij Nederlandse adoptieouders wonen. Ze richtte de belangenorganisatie Plan Angel op, die geadopteerden helpt om met behulp van DNA de biologische familie in Colombia op te sporen. Plan Angel dringt aan op een parlementaire enquête naar de misstanden en frauduleuze praktijken die interlandelijke adoptie herhaaldelijk in opspraak brachten.
